Paua Shell Stud Earrings
DESCRIPTION: A pair of real delicate small paua shells set on stainless steel earring posts. Shells have been hand gilded with 24k gold leaf and hardened with clear resin. Paua (also known as abalone) are considered taonga (treasure) to Maori and the rest of New Zealanders. Unlike other Paua shell jewellery, we intentionally chose sun-bleached shells with subtle lustre. Sustainably and ethically harvested from a Northland Paua Farm.
SHELL SIZE: Approx 10-15mm. There will be slight size, shape and colour variations due to its natural elements.
EARRING POSTS: 10mm earring posts with clutches, stainless steel
PACKAGING: Microfibre Pouch and Charcoal Black Cardboard Box. Every Nostalgem order will be wrapped, all ready for gift-giving.
